SEIPA, the Benelux branch and official partner of China International Investment Promotion Agency (Europe), is based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Our mission is to create a cross-border innovation platform, and support development of investment and trade between China and Europe, by facilitating cooperation between Chinese and European enterprises.
